An evening reception blending coastal canapés, a seated fusion core, and late-night snacks that carried guests through the last dance.
The brief asked for generosity without heaviness: guests were travelling from several cities, so welcome bites needed to be easy to eat while greeting relatives, and the main meal had to honour regional expectations without locking out international guests.
We staged the bar opening after the seated course so energy built naturally, and added a compact late menu that photographed well for the couple’s album without stealing focus from the dance floor.
