Elamrit provides premium catering and related event food services — including weddings, corporate programmes, social celebrations, private dining, live stations, and Pan India deployments — primarily from our operational base in Pune. Food Junction pages on this site describe our corporate catering offering under the same operational standards.

Information on this website — menus, imagery, guest counts, cities served, and service descriptions — is illustrative. Availability, pricing, staffing levels, and scope are confirmed only in writing for your specific event.

You may browse this site for lawful, personal, or business planning purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, scrape the site excessively, or disrupt its operation.
• Copy, reproduce, or republish substantial portions of the site for commercial use without our written consent.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Elamrit or submit false or misleading enquiry information.

All content on this website — including text, photography, video, logos, layout, and design — is owned by or licensed to Elamrit and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Submitting a “Get a Quote” request, contact form, email, WhatsApp message, or phone call does not create a binding reservation or contract. Dates, menus, crew, equipment, and pricing remain subject to availability and our written confirmation.

We may decline enquiries that are outside our capacity, location, licensing, or safety requirements. We aim to respond promptly, but response times vary by season and enquiry complexity and are not guaranteed.

For events we agree to cater, the following will typically be set out in your quotation or contract (not on this page):

• Confirmed date, venue, service window, and guest numbers.
• Menu scope, live stations, beverages, rentals, and staffing.
• Fees, taxes, deposits, payment schedule, and accepted payment methods.
• Cancellation, postponement, force majeure, and refund rules.
• Venue access, power, water, permits, and host-provided infrastructure.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, standard commercial terms in that document apply. Verbal assurances from any individual are not binding unless confirmed in the signed or written agreement.

You are responsible for providing accurate event information, timely approvals, and reasonable cooperation with venue rules. This includes:

• Timely sharing of final guest counts within agreed cut-off windows.
• Accurate dietary and allergen information for your guests, communicated in advance.
• Venue permissions, load-in access, parking, and security coordination.
• Compliance with local laws, liquor licensing, and noise or timing restrictions at the property.

We take food safety and allergen management seriously and plan menus with the information you provide. However, cross-contact may occur in busy kitchens and buffet environments, and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment unless expressly agreed for a specific setup. Guests with severe allergies should be advised to exercise caution and consult our team before the event.

Menu substitutions may be required due to seasonality, supply, or venue constraints. We will communicate material changes in advance where possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elamrit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from events beyond our reasonable control (including venue failures, strikes, extreme weather, or government restrictions).

For confirmed catering services, liability limits and remedies (if any) are as set out in your written agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elamrit against claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, inaccurate information you provide, or conduct at your event that violates law or venue rules — except to the extent caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.

Neither party is responsible for failure or delay due to events outside reasonable control — including natural disasters, epidemics, government orders, civil unrest, or major transport disruption. Affected obligations will be resumed or renegotiated in good faith; commercial treatment of deposits and postponements follows your written contract.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of your relationship with us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for website use.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use or pre-contract interactions, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
